Salary: $75,000- $85,000 / Based on Experience with a bonus structure based on achievement
of certain performance objectives and EBITDA of the company.
Experience: Plant Manager: 5 years (Required)
We are currently seeking a Production Plant Manager, in our Milton, PA., location who has
experience in growing the team and scaling the operations.
Qualifications for this position:
· Education: BA/BS in industrial, mechanical, or other engineering preferred.
· Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management, production management, and
experience in a fast-paced, complex environment
· We are seeking those with direct, hands-on experience with LEAN Manufacturing methods, principles,
and techniques, with formal training certifications
· An ideal candidate should possess strong communication, documentation, motivation, and other soft
skills required to be an effective leader.
· While not a must, those who bring a bilingual language skillset, with both English and Spanish would be
a plus.
· Needs to be highly computer/technology literate - Must be efficient in MS Office, Excel, and
QuickBooks Enterprise
· Must understand P&L reporting
· Lead regular KPI reviews for the plant team to ensure the attainment of results and a sense of urgency
concerning the implementation of priorities
· Ensure effective allocation of resources across all areas of the plant to ensure value to the customer
· Demonstrated ability to drive and manage safety culture
Responsibilities of the Plant Manager:
· This Plant Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure the achievement of production output,
quality, and cost targets, as well as planning and accuracy while maintaining a safe work environment.
· Drives continuous improvements in key areas, such as Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and customer
service, while developing direct reports. Improves the capabilities of all plant personnel.
· Some of the specific areas of focus for this role will be included
· Provide inspired leadership for the organization
· Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
· Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
· Work with the Director of Operations to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-
term goals
· Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
· Analyze process workflow, and employee performance, and implement changes
· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and
procedures, complying with legal regulations
· Accomplish operations and organization mission by achieving related results as needed
· Work closely with the office manager and office assistant to perform an analysis of inventory and
ensure we are utilizing inventory effectively throughout the production process.

· Human Resource Manager/Payroll Specialist
· Controller and other key accounting personnel
· Safety Manager
· Office Manager and Office Assistant
