Marketing Communications Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications: Act as a primary liaison for effective communication between the digital marketing agency and the client company, ensuring both parties are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Project Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.

Performance Reporting: Analyze marketing performance reports (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns), providing insights to the company’s management on campaign effectiveness, areas of improvement, and optimization opportunities.

Strategy Alignment: Assist in aligning the marketing agency’s deliverables with the company’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging and goals.

Task Monitoring: Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring that marketing tasks (such as campaign launches, content updates, and performance reviews) are completed on time and meet agreed-upon standards.

Feedback Management: Collect feedback from the company’s internal stakeholders, synthesize it into actionable insights, and communicate it effectively to the agency for campaign adjustments or revisions.

Research & Insights: Conduct market research to assist in the development of marketing strategies, including competitor analysis, consumer trends, and best practices.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all marketing activities, including project timelines, communications, and performance metrics, ensuring data is easily accessible and organized.

Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues or bottlenecks in campaign execution and work collaboratively with both internal teams and the digital marketing agency to find solutions.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA - Marketing (or currently pursuing).

Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic marketing environment.
