Seeking a highly experienced Fulltime Direct Sales Agent to join our US-based sales team. This is a remote profile and ideal for seasoned professionals looking to leverage their network and experience to drive enterprise software sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential enterprise clients across industries
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote ERP, RPA, AI, and other digital transformation solutions
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic outreach and consultative selling
• Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to regular pipeline reporting
Requirements & Qualifications
• 6–10 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales or related B2B solution selling
• Strong understanding of ERP, workflow automation, or related technologies
• Exceptional network with access to decision-makers in mid to large enterprises
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
• Previous experience in the digital transformation or SaaS industry is highly desirable
