Job Description
This is a remote contract role for a Digital Economy Agent at Swifin Platform. The Digital Economy Agent will be responsible for supporting digital transformation initiatives by engaging with clients, facilitating the adoption of digital tools, and providing training and guidance on leveraging digital technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting workshops, collaborating with teams to support existing and new clients, and ensuring smooth implementation of digital solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. We are looking to recruit Digital Economy Agents in the Following Countries: Nigeria, Cameroon, Ghana, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Malawi. Successful Candidates will receive a market related compensation.
