An entry-level Accounts Executive role is designed for fresh graduates to support financial operations in a dynamic staffing firm.

We seek candidates with basic knowledge of accounting principles and eager to develop skills related to invoicing, bookkeeping, and reporting within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with invoice generation and payment tracking.
• Maintained accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Support payroll processing and bank reconciliations.
• Help prepare financial reports and assist during audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely billing.

Qualification:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting software will be beneficial, though not required at the start.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
